TheLeadEngineers ("we", "our", "us") operates theleadengineers.ca and the TheLeadEngineers platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, company name, and password when you create an account.
Customer data you store: contacts, deals, appointments, notes, and files you add to the platform. You own this data; we process it only to provide the service.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and product analytics used to improve the service.
Cookies: used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure site performance.

2. How we use information

3. Sharing of information

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time. We use encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict internal access to customer data.

5. Your rights

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TheLeadEngineers platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

TheLeadEngineers provides customer relationship management, appointment scheduling, and workflow automation software delivered as a subscription service ("the Service").

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings at any time.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you store in the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store and use the customer data you upload, and for complying with applicable communication laws (e.g. CASL, anti-spam rules) when sending emails or SMS through the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheLeadEngineers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By subscribing to TheLeadEngineers, you agree to the terms below.

No refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any plan, including for partially used billing periods, unused features, or change of mind.

Evaluate before you buy

We encourage you to review the features and pricing carefully, and to contact us with any questions at letstalk@theleadengineers.ca before making a purchase.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you retain access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No refund is issued for the remaining period.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

The only exception: if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us with the transaction details and we will correct the erroneous charge within 5–7 business days.
